Services Provided

Facebook apps - The Feature Pita promotion ran successfully through a custom Facebook app. Fans came up with a unique Pita flavour, which was submitted into the app with their name and details. This information was collected in a database for the Pita Pit team to shortlist into their 5 favourites. The fans voted for the winning Pita, which then featured in Pita Pit stores for 6 months. We have also created a welcome app for the Pita Pita page.

Services Provided

Facebook management - Iguchi & Co manage the Pita Pit New Zealand page on a weekly basis. We ran a large "Win $250" campaign to encourage people to move from their local store page to the Pita Pit New Zealand page. This was very successful and the NZ page has grown rapidly since, with the help of targeted Facebook ads.

Fan of the month is a regular campaign we run. Establishing a strong brand voice has helped create regular discussion on the wall and important feedback from fans.

Twitter - This involves watching over and engaging fans on the Pita Pit Twitter page. We have created an app, which feeds the Twitter posts onto Facebook.
Foursquare - This platform is based around regular check-ins to a Pita Pit store. The store mayor (the most regular visitor) receives triple stamps on their Pita Pit loyalty card.
Email newsletter - This is sent to everyone on the Pita Pit database bi-monthly, informing them of any news within the company such as new store openings.
